Changing Look and Feel

OffersHub allows you to change look and feel of the platform the way you like. To make the changes in platform’s look & feel, go to Settings > System Preferences >  Branding.

You can change the dashboard theme, base color, foreground color and select the color which you feel best for you.

You can also change the background images, keep the icon of your own company, change the company logo. Along with the changes in appearance, you can set the logout url and divert the user to that url, add the links to your social profiles and many more changes which will make you feel like you are having your in-house platform.

Setting up employee’s account

Once the account of an employee has been created, you can find them in the Manage Employee.

Select the employee of whom you want to modify the data.

Here you can see all the details of the employee. To modify the details and update the permissions granted, you can click on Edit and get all the things updated.

 

Creating an Employee account

To create a new employee, go to Setting > Manage Employees  > Create Employee.

Here you need to fill the basic information of the employee. First name, Last name, Title etc.

Once done, assign the permissions to the employee.

Save the employee after assigning the permissions. You employee will now display in employee list.

 

Generating Smart links

OffersHub provides you a rare feature which allows to you create smart links for your offers. To create smart links, you need to add the offer to the smart group which is you can create in Offers > Smart groups.

You can see the smart groups already created and a global smart link group. To create a new smart group, click on ‘Create new’. You need to enter the name of group, description (optional) and marking the group as private if you don’t want all your affiliates to see the group.

Once the group has been set up and offer is added in the group, you can generate the smart link as below:
Click on the Smart link icon to generate the smart link. 

As shown, select an affiliate and smart link will be generated. You can add the additional parameters requested by your affiliate by enabling the options provided below.

The smart link helps in directing the user to any particular offer based on user’s behaviour, device, targeting etc. The offer is selected randomly based on their performance.

 

Creating an Advertiser Account

To create an advertiser account in OffersHub,  go to Advertiser> Create Advertiser. As first step, all the basic information about advertiser account is required to be added.

The next step is entering the details about Advertiser User.

Next step is security settings where you can enable the postback security key and whitelist the IP’s if needed.

Finally, assign an Account manager to the advertiser and set the status.

After you create advertiser account successfully, you can find the advertiser in “Manage advertiser”. Click on the advertiser name which will take you to the advertiser details page where you can see and modify all the details.

Adjusting Affiliate statistics

You can manage/modify the stats of an affiliate in adjust statistics.

Select any offer and affiliate from the drop down of whom you want to change the data. The ‘Adjust Method’ option allows you to add/remove clicks and conversions if any discrepancy arises in the data. You can make the changes by setting the quantity of any operation that you want to perform in adjust method.
Once reviewed, you can confirm the changes and the updated records will appear in the reports.

Affiliate Billing

To manage affiliate billing, go to affiliate > affiliate billing. Here you can see the list of affiliates and their stats for billing.

Here we can see, affiliate name, status of the affiliate, payment mode selected by them while signing up, payment term selected by them, unpaid invoice and balance.

By enabling filter data option, you will be able to customize the data on the basis of payment method and payment term.

To see more billing data of any affiliate, select the affiliate and below panel will get open.

Here you can see the billing summary, pending payments, payment history, invoices, reports and payment details. You can also update the data using ‘Update Billing’ option.

 

Affiliate Postback Testing

OffersHub provides you the feature to test the affiliate postback tracking before getting the offer live. To test a postback for affiliate, go to Manage Affiliate > Select affiliate > postback links.

Here you will see the postback links for all the offers assigned to the affiliate.

Click on ‘Test’ to complete the testing.

Select an offer for which you want to test the postback and paste the tracking url given by affiliate.  The testing will be completed in the 3 steps.

Tracking page will open once you confirm for the first step.

Once the tracking page is opened in new tab, provide your confirmation.

Next step would be to fire the postback and check the message. You can also see the conversion in the conversion report. Note: This conversion would not be counted in the final logs as this was done from testing perspective.

Sometimes, browser won’t allow the postbacks to fire and we can’t see the results of the test. In such cases, a link would be generated automatically and you need to fire the postback manually using the link.

You can see the result of testing as below.

The results will display all the details of the parameters mentioned in the url. For ex, we can see revenue, currency, date, time etc in the tracking url.

 

Custom Payouts and Caps

OffersHub provides you an option to customize the payouts for the offers. To add caps and modify payout, go to Manage Affiliates > select the affiliate > offer payouts.  Here you will see the offers assigned to the affiliate.

Click on ‘View’ to see the payouts and caps already set for the offer. To add another, please click on ‘Add’ which will take you to custom payout page.

You can select the offer from the drop down for which you want to customize the payout. The system will automatically consider the payouts as default if its left blank.

Enabling the ‘Add caps’, you can set the limit for conversions, payouts and revenue.

The next step is entering the details about Affiliate User.

Finally, assign an Account manager to the affiliate and set the status.
