In affiliate panel, affiliates are provided two options for reporting, Performance report and Conversion report.

As the name describe themselves, performance report will reflect the clicks, conversions and earnings from the offers assigned to them.

On the other hand, the conversion report will display all the data of conversions from all the offers.

The reports will by default reflect the name of the offer, status of conversion, payout, session IP, click Id. Similar to the reports in the admin panel, filter options are provided in the affiliate reporting as well where you can select the fields that you want to be included in the report.

In OffersHub’s affiliate panel, affiliates are provided many options through which they can keep a track of their offers.

Affiliates and browse and search the active offers in Offers. No changes can be made by affiliates in their panel except setting up the postback and add the parameters.

As we can see, affiliates can also see the smart links which is default and also the once which is set for the smart group created by admin.

Affiliates can also see the changes scheduled by admin for later implementation such as pausing any offer, then such changes will appear in scheduled changes.

OffersHub provide a user friendly and real time dashboard for affiliates we well.

Similar to the admin account, affiliates will also have a real time dashboard where they can keep a track of the clicks, conversion and payouts for the offers integrated in their system and keep a track over it.

Dashboard will have two graphs which will define earnings on daily basis and performance report of the offers.  On the top right side of the panel, affiliates are provided the options to search, edit their account details and a notification icon.

OffersHub is enabled with the Global smart link feature. Global smart links system automatically grab the all active offers and adds them into the smart link.

To generate the Global Smart link, just click on the ‘Global smart link’ button of the default global smart link group.

There are multiple solutions out there which helps affiliate network to track the fraud conversions. But connecting affiliate tracking system to such services might be painful and needs lots of custom effort.
However, with Offershub it’s really simple as we provide inbuilt integration solutions out of hand. Clients just have to register with the 3rd party fraud tracking service, take the API key they provides, put it into the system and we will take care about the all other steps.

OffersHub allows you to make the changes in the system environment. You can implement such changes in platform settings.

As we can see, you can make the changes related to timezone, email validation, search bots, IM types and many more.

If you wish to divert your traffic to other offers then you can also set the ‘Global redirect url’ which will help you to save your waste clicks. Sometimes, you might want to send all the postbacks getting from the advertisers into your own internal system for multiple purposes (ex backup, billing, manual verifications or fraud checking, custom affiliate panel, etc) and in such cases you can set the ‘Network postback url’ which helps to send all the postback getting into Offershub to a 3rd party server or service.

You can also set the cookie compliance which is majorly required in EU region.

OffersHub provide you to see the changes made by employee’s in the system in Audit logs.

In audit logs, one can see the changes made by employee’s such as pausing the offer, changing the payouts, changes in statistics etc.

Click logs helps you to manage your clicks and keep a track of them. You can see the details of every click on every offer.

As you can see details of any click id, you can select the click id which will take you to the details of click as shown below.

In conversion logs, you can easily keep a track over all your conversions for the offers integrated into the system.

As you can see, the logs will show each and every conversion along with date, time, conversion status, IP and country.

In Affiliate logs, you can see the postback fired for any offer. In message you can see the affiliate name, time, revenue and all the parameters that were passed in the postback url. The logs will also show the IP of the device through which the conversion came.

OffersHub provides you logs for each and every event occurring with the offers integrated in the system. In event logs, you can find trending and latest events.

Trending events are most repeated events with number of repeated count, first event occur time and last event occur time, in other words it’s just aggregated summary.

Latest event are the most resent individual logs.
