Customizing Reports

All the reporting options has option to customize them as per the needs. Below are the options provided to customize the reports.

In report options, the first option is to customize reports via Fields. Checkbox are provided from which you can select the options provided to see the data in the report panel. For ex, if you want to see the data related to affiliate only then select Affiliate, Affiliate id, Affiliate Manager.

The second option is to customize via Statistics. You can select the checkbox provided to see the stats related to it. For ex, if you want to see the Revenue, Profit, Clicks, Conversions and Cost, then by selecting it , you will the data related to this parameters in the reports.

The third option is to customize via time interval. You can configure the data from hourly to yearly basis as per your needs.

The fourth option is to customize via Filters. There are options to select the specific data to be displayed in report which are related to any particular advertiser, affiliate, offers, offer group etc.

The fifth option is to customize via Timezone. The drop down provides various timezone to select and manage the reports accordingly.

The reports can also be exported in two formats i.e CSV and Excel.

 

Offer and Conversion Report

In Offers report, one can see the name of offer, advertiser, clicks, conversion, revenue, payout, profit, cpc and rpc of the offers. You can also manage this reports from the configure option provided.

In Conversion report, one can find, date and time of conversion, name of offer, assigned affiliate, status of conversion, status message, payout of offer, revenue of offer, sale amount, conversion IP and transaction/click id.

You can always filter the reports with the help of provided filter options.

 

Affiliate and Advertiser Report

In Affiliate reports, one can find the stats such as name of affiliate, clicks, conversion, revenue, payout, profit, cpc and rpc of the offers assigned to various affiliates. You can also manage this reports from the filter options provided.

In Advertiser reports, one can find the stats such as name of advertiser, clicks, conversion, revenue, payout, profit, cpc and rpc of the offers assigned to various advertisers. You can also manage this reports from the filter options provided.

General Reports

OffersHub provides you the options to manage all your reports with ease and conveniency. In Reports, you will find various options through which you could manage your reports.

  • Daily Report: This report will display the data day wise. The reports will by default show Clicks in entire day, Conversions in entire day, Revenue generated from conversions, Payout to be made to advertiser/affiliate, Profit made after payout, Cost per Conversion and Revenue Per Conversion.
  • Hourly Report: This report will display the data according to hourly basis. One can see the stats such as clicks, conversions, revenue, payout, profit etc in particular hour.

 

Offer Categories

OffersHub provides you 12 categories to select based upon the genre of offer.

You can also create another category with the help of the option provided on top right side.

Tracking URL’s

Once you have created an Offer, you can find them in the Manage Offer tab.

Here you will see all the details entered while creating an offer. You have the options to reset the targeting rules, creatives, allow/deny affiliates etc.

You will find the tracking url’s in Tracking tab.

The offer tracking url will be generate in Click Tracking url. You can select the Affiliate from the drop down menu to whom this offer is going to be assigned and the tracking link would be generated. You can add the additional parameters requested by your affiliate.

You will find the Advertiser Postback Tracking link in the tab next to Click Tracking url.

Setting up an Offer – Advanced Options

You can set the additional rules for the offer by setting up the options provided to you in Advance setting options.

  • Custom Currency: The default currency is United States Dollars (USD). Enable a custom currency option which will provide you a list of multiple currencies from which you can select as per your offer requirements.
  • Redirect/Backup Offer: Enabling this option, you will be able to redirect the traffic to another offer if the cap of this offer is being reached/offer is expired or paused.
  • Approve Conversions: By default this options is Disabled. Enable this option to approve every conversion manually. Then by default, every conversion will be in pending status and will not be counted in billing until it is approved.
  • Multiple conversions: Enable multiple conversions to be recorded per user for only one active session. An active session is created each time the user clicks on the tracking link.
  • Offer Caps: You can set the limits for every offer with our Cap feature. First step is to “Enable” the Cap which will provide you the options to set limits to your offer. Once enabled, you will see 3 types of caps – Conversion, Payouts and Revenue.

  • Click Session Lifespan: We can set the duration to keep the session active for particular offer.

  • Force Https: This will force redirect the traffic to https tracking link.
  • Smart Groups: You can select a smart group which will add this offer into specific smart links.

Setting up an Offer – Offer Status

You can set the status of the offer as per your requirements. By default the status would be Active.

You can set the status to Paused or Pending. In Pending, approval will be required to make it Active.

You can also mention brief notes about the offer in the field provided.

Setting up an Offer – Revenue and Payout

In this section, you will provide the details about the revenue type and payout type.

By default, OffersHub provides you four option to define your revenue type.
Revenue per Conversion
Revenue per Click
Revenue per Sale
Revenue per Conversion + Revenue per Sale

Similarly, payout types are being defined.
Payout per Conversion
Payout per Click
Payout per Sale
Payout per Conversion + Payout per Sale

You can enter the details of both as per decided with your affiliate.

Goal/Events: By default, this option would be ‘Disabled’, however you can ‘Enable’ it if you want to set a goal for your offer.

 

Setting up an Offer – Tracking protocol and Advertiser URL

The tracking protocol tells the ad server how to handle tracking a user’s click and conversion.

By default it would be Server Postback (S2S), however you can change the protocol as per your need from the options provided in the drop down.

The Advertiser Url will be the landing page url where the traffic is directed to.

You can add the parameters requested by your Affiliate from the macro list, which you can find in “Show Macros”.

Deep-linking is only for CPS type offers. For example, amazon want to give a 5% commission on each sale that affiliate makes. In order to make sales, affiliates may want to send user in to some product page directly instead of amazon home page. in that case deep linking helps to redirect user directly into that page.
